Xidan Culture Square
Meeting one of my RoChu fan friend at "Moscow Restaurant", which was open in 1954 and have more than half century history.
It located in Beijing Exhibition Center. My friend told me that people usually call the nickname of Moscow Restaurant as "老莫" (Lao Mo) to show how deeply we love this old restaurant.

Can't understand the reason of this strange name... my friend told me "If you eat those beef, you'll be kol-kol ^L^..." I finished this dish, and luckily...be happy kol-kol-ed? (laugh)
We considered to try this cute cake... but we have had enough after a big meal. Concerns become a reality —— ofcourse, Moscow have a BIGGER size than Beijing, it's true. Maybe I shall try it next time? I do love pandas...TwT

Kolhoz Feast XDD
There are the restaurant which is called "Kolhoz" in my city~ Once I with my friend went there and we were surprised at how everything is expensive TTwTT And now a word "kolhoz" have a one more scary meaning - very-very expensive dishes X)))
It was great ! I think I'm already fell in love with Russian dishes❤. The Kolhoz Feast actually included some delicious beef and mashroom... well I wonder why it wasn't beef with potatoes -> In my opinion there must have many potatoes in Kolhoz☆

Валя_Китай You're right!XDD Potatoes was a popular kind of meal in the kolhoz, and still is popular in Russia, although Belarus nee-chan loves it even more then Vanya))) But mushrooms and beef it's a perfect combination!
And whew~ I know that Chinese people are very fond of eating and you all are a gourmets, and if you liked it, then I'm proud of the Russian cuisine very much!^_^
=w=~I love to cut potato into thin stick and cook it with vinegar and green pepper. That's delicious. Mushroom with beef is not common combination in Chinese dishes, but potatoes with beef is popular. We usually roast beef together with potato, it feels great to eat hot potatoes in cold winter. As we all know, nothing is more important than eating.☆

Well that's a home cooking...nearly all Chinese family have this simple dishes in daily life. The Chinese name of "potato with vinegar and green pepper" is "醋溜土豆丝". Maybe north-China and south-China will cook it in different ways...according to my province's way, we cook it with white vinegar, sometimes add chili powder.
